My first race with my oldest daughter Maddie.  It was really fun and my daughter did really well until we hit the 2nd mile.  Maddie has allergy's and started to have problems so we had to stop a couple times.  I figured if we didn't stop we would have finished around 27 or 28 minutes.  The first couple of miles of the race our pace was about 9 minute.  So maybe my next race I'll do it alone.  My foot is much better.

Ran this morning almost at a 9 min. pace.  Almost got hit by a car, so much fun jumping out of the way of a bumper.  Foot is still a little sore, but good to go....

For some reason I'm running better now after I hurt my foot.  I ran a 9:16 pace which is a hugh improvment from before.  It's got to be the sock because I really don't notice I foot hurting anymore when I run.  9:22, 8:41, 9:57, 9:04     I love my Garmin!!!!

Went to the gym and did some weight lifting.  Also did some cycling for 30 min. and the ellipitcal for 20 min.

Great run, after the first 4 miles my calfs stop hurting but tender.  Running at a 10 minute pace which is OK but I would like to be a little faster.
