It felt so good to get my miles in today. My foot is still a little sore, but I've got this new sock that stretches my calf while sleep. So hopefully this gets me back on track.

I have seen that sock but was never sure if wearing it would help. You will need to let me know how that goes.
You should back off your miles too. You many want to start back at beginning of you running calendar. Take it slow!
