Ran this morning almost at a 9 min. pace. Almost got hit by a car, so much fun jumping out of the way of a bumper. Foot is still a little sore, but good to go....
For some reason I'm running better now after I hurt my foot. I ran a 9:16 pace which is a hugh improvment from before. It's got to be the sock because I really don't notice I foot hurting anymore when I run. 9:22, 8:41, 9:57, 9:04 I love my Garmin!!!!
