I should of broke in my new running shoes before running this morning... that's ok my feet stop hurting after the mile 3. Its like a new pair underware. At first its constrictive, but then it becomes a part of you!!!

Nice run week... If you have a way to monitor heart rate, work on keeping your HR under 140 during your runs. We will start implementing speed work next month.
By the way, do you think you might be up for a half marathon race towards the end on january?
